Enjoy Life, Enjoy God
WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
December 9, 2009
The next time you fret, are overwhelmed with concern or anxiety, and mutter, "What am I going to do?" I suggest you review the words below:
Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Take delight in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Commit your way to the Lord, trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.
- Psalm 37:3-6 TNIV
Instead of muttering, "What am I going to do?" what if you prayed these words? You might even read all of Psalm 37. Entrust yourself to the Lord's care.
Just a suggestion...
Joyfully,
Dale Patterson
